Refund policy

The consumer can return the items from a order for a period of 14 days after receiving it. Minicarspares may ask the consumer the reason for returning products. Customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping costs.

If the delivery of the order consists of items that are damaged or are not the same on as ordered, the consumer can return the wrong items and expect a full refund. 

The returned goods must have no defects, be complete, undamaged and in the original packaging and unused. Otherwise we will not accept the return and can not make a full refund.
